Xenophytes

The Xenophyte series presents sculptural interpretations of lifeforms that appear to originate outside known taxonomic systems. Blurring the boundaries between plant and animal, terrestrial and aquatic, the xenophytes may be a relics of a long-extinct evolutionary branch, or evidence of an entirely new form of life adapted to some unknown environment.
